Community Holiday Coalition: Neighbors Helping Neighbors

Since 1996, the Community Holiday Coalition's Neighbors Helping Neighbors program has helped thousands of Loudoun County families have a wonderful holiday season. Last year they helped brighten the holidays for more than 2,000 families, including more than 4,000 children! Kinder Works of Brambleton started collecting food items in November and there are only a few weeks left for donations to be dropped off for families in need. Your help is needed!

The Coalition is in need of many items to stock their December store in time for the holidays. The gift of your time, gift cards, new toys, games, stuffed stockings, gift bags, new clothes, food, money and personal care items are all appreciated. For your convenience, you may drop off your donations locally at the Brambleton Community Center, Kinder Works or the Brambleton Welcome Center no later than December 9th. Check the website for additional listings of collection sites and events.

Please consider helping those less fortunate by supporting the Holiday Coalition with your time, donations of money or gift cards. The Coalition is there for people in crisis who may feel alone and people who cope with physical or mental challenges.
