Southwest-theme eatery opens in the Brambleton Town center

Caliente, a new restaurant with the flair of a southwest-style seafood kitchen, will open adjacent to the movie theater in Brambleton's Town Center this Saturday, January 9.

At buildout, the 9,000 square foot, two-story space will feature seating for 200, a private dining room, and outdoor patio dining as well.

Managing partner of the new eatery is Doug Palley of the recently opened Hooked restaurant in Sterling. Adding to the excitement of opening another venture in eastern Loudoun, Palley noted of his new mex-sea kitchen that “We'll be offering pork, chicken and seafood with a southwest slant, and feature a Margarita bar as well.”
