Brambleton reports 2010 as highest new home sales in Community's 10-year history!

Brambleton, an award-winning master-planned community located in Loudoun County, Virginia announces today that its 2010 new home sales report confirms the highest number of new homes sold in the community’s 10-year history. It was a banner year with 352 home sales in 2010, an impressive 50% increase over its 234 homes sales in 2009.

According to Kim Adams, Director of Marketing for Brambleton, the record-breaking home sales are a direct result of the individual homebuilder’s unwavering commitment to offering new product that reflects the industry’s best ideas in land-use and home design. In addition, Brambleton strategically adjusted its new home inventory to reflect the evolution of the economy, providing a larger number of premier townhomes that offer square footage from 1,738 to 3,100 square feet.

For the fifth year, The Maryland-National Capital Building Industry Association and the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association have named Brambleton the “2010 Community of the Year.” Encompassing nearly 2,000 acres and approximately 8,100 single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums, Brambleton features eight homebuilders including Beazer Homes, Camberley Homes, Gulick Group, Miller and Smith, Pulte Homes, Stanley Martin Homes, Van Metre Homes and Winchester Homes. In the heart of the community is the Brambleton Town Center a mixed-use development consisting of more than 50 specialty stores, services and restaurants, as well as Harris Teeter and Regal Fox 16 Cinemas.
