Be the CHANGE :: Join Dr. Zach Casagrande for Car for a Cure to Help End Childhood Cancer

Be the CHANGE :: Join Dr. Zach Casagrande for Car for a Cure to Help End Childhood Cancer
Over the past 20 months Mathias Giordano has endured biopsies, port placement, 26 rounds of chemo, 3 major lung surgeries, amputation of his right leg, and completed 28 rounds of radiation.

There are no more options for treatment.

Mathias is a 13 year old boy from Leesburg and a patient at Northern Virginia Orthodontics in Brambleton who was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma, cancer of the bone, in July of 2012. He is a warrior. His courage and spirit inspire everyone who is lucky enough to meet him.

Dr. Casagrande and Team NVO aren't going to let Mathias and his family fight alone.

They are giving away a brand new 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Sounds crazy, right? Nope, not crazy...they think this could be the single biggest fundraiser for pediatric cancer in Loudoun County history. But they need YOUR help. Every entry requires $100 which will 100% be donated to help cure childhood cancer.

It's easy to enter. Just log on to http://carforacure.eventbrite.com and purchase your tickets and help NVO BE THE CHANGE that these children, who are fighting for their lives, desperately need.

NVO patients can receive an extra ticket by creating and submitting a video on how their NVO smile has changed their life.

Each purchase represents one entry into Northern Virginia Orthodontics Car for a Cure Jeep Giveaway supporting Pediatric Cancer. One hundred percent of each ticket will go to Kyle's Kamp (Kyle is also a patient of Dr. Casagrande) and Team Mathias as equal recipients of your generous donation. Northern Virginia Orthodontics is committed to supporting them in their fight. The winner of the 2015 Jeep will be chosen in a random drawing to be held on December 23, 2014 at the Northern Virginia Orthodontics Blood Drive held at the Brambleton Community Center.

You do not need to be present to win. The purchase price of your raffle ticket is not deductible as a charitable contribution for income tax purposes. EventBrite is not a sponsor or administrator of this event.
