August is Virginia Craft Beer Month
What better time to stop by Brambleton Town Center’s Lost Rhino Retreat for their hoppy, seasonal selection of craft brews? Our pick: Dawn Patrol, Lost Rhino’s Session IPA, is low in alcohol content with a refreshing citrusy hop flavor perfect for the dog days of summer. Northern Virginia has an abundance of craft breweries to explore, so click here to find more options near you.

August 6 – Sizzlin’ Summer Concert Series feat. Gonzo’s Nose
Our summer concert series continues with “party band” Gonzo’s Nose, playing the hits that range from the early ‘80s to today’s hits. Join us on the lawn of the Brambleton Town Center for a free outdoor concert, bring your own beer or wine and have a picnic! RSVP to our Facebook event to get updates!

August 8 – Annual Child Safety Day
From noon to 4p.m. at Brambleton Town Center, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is hosting their Annual Child Safety Day with vehicles on display, free live entertainment (did someone say moonbounce?!), coloring contest and more! RSVP to our Facebook event to get updates!

August 20 – Sizzlin’ Summer Concert Series feat. Jacked Up
The final night of our outdoor summer concert series brings Jacked Up to the stage, playing some good ol’ rock n’ roll. Come out for the final free Thursday night concert at Brambleton Town Center and enjoy some fresh air! RSVP to our Facebook event to get updates!

August 21 – Brambleton Idol & Bonus Summer Concert
Just announced! The Sizzlin’ Summer Concert Series might be over, but we’ve added one final night of music with classic rock band Covered with Jam PLUS a Brambleton Idol contest with a live karaoke band! August 25 – Get Into National Parks for FREE
Did you know you can get into National Parks for free on August 25? In honor of the NPS’ birthday, get complimentary access to great area parks like Great Falls National Park and Manassas National Battlefield Park! Click here to find your nearest National Park.


Summer Date Nights @ Bella Ballerina
Bella Ballerina is taking the kids for the night so the parents can relax or go out for dinner! With themed activities, dance, crafts and a movie, kids will be entertained all night and begging to go back. Schedule your date night for August 6 or August 27, and click here for more details.

Tuesdays & Wednesdays – $1 Movie Matinees!

Sunday – Brambleton Farmers’ Market
Every Sunday in August from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Brambleton Town Center, come out for fresh produce, meat and more for your family meals. This month’s featured vendor is Moonfire Orchard out of Purcellville, providing a wide assortment of fresh veggies without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers.
